Should any aspect of the project not comply with the local District Plan, a Resource Consent will need to be applied for.  This will normally require an assessment of effects in relation to the area of non-compliance as well as drawings of the project.  We will advise at the design stage any likely requirement for Resource Consent and the need for other consultants input into this process.
