Once we have visited your site, a Feasibility Appraisal Report will decide what is required for building.  It will also confirm preliminary estimated costs before any formal design stages begin.  The report may include: site description; site appraisal; building accommodation brief; architectural philosophy; costing overview; siting sketch; room relationship sketch; climate chart; Council restrictions and a draft of the construction process.
