At
this time detailed drawings and specifications are prepared
to enable the building to pass through the Building
Consent process, be tendered or priced and then built.
These documents will include site plans, floor plans,
sections, elevations, service plans and various construction
details along with specifications of materials, installation
and performance for each trade.
Not
required for Building Consent but normally provided
are detailed documents for interior fittings and finishes
including kitchens and other joinery, colour schemes,
lighting and electrical plans.
Other
consultants often work with us to provide documentation
for structural and other engineering and landscaping.
